The process starts with booking online; the website will walk you through it, but we’re always available by phone as well if you have any questions before placing your order.

After you book online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your rental.

Then, you’ll receive a confirmation call within a week of your event. During this phone call, we’ll go over relevant details, look at the forecast together, and make a finalized delivery plan.

The last step before we arrive with the moonbounce is us sending a text the morning of with an approximate delivery time!

Q: How long is the rental period?

A: The base pricing on our site reflects a “daily” rental. We run a delivery window of 8am to noon, and a pick up window of 6 to 9pm (so the minimum guaranteed time you’ll have the inflatable is Noon-6pm.) Custom delivery and pick up times are available upon request, but may result in additional charges.

Q: I need it later (or longer) than that. Are there any options?

A: Absolutely! We offer a late check out option that runs from 9pm-Midnight for an additional $50. We also offer multi-day rentals at a reduced rate. Call us directly to book either of these options.

Q: How does payment work?

A: We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and Cashapp (Venmo and Cashapp must call in for payment). Cash and check are also accepted at time of delivery.

Q: Do I need to do anything for my rental?

A: We set up and disinfect each inflatable as an included service with each delivery. All we need you to do is to clear the space appropriately. This includes clearing walkways, gates, and setup area being cleared of all obstacles, animal feces, or other hazards. We’ll also bring plenty of extension cords, but will need power somewhere close by.

Q: How much space do I need?

A: It varies. Most have their footprint size listed directly on their respective webpage, but we also need sufficient gate and walkway clearances. Some larger slides require truck access immediately next to setup location. If you call us, we’re often able to pull up your address on Google Maps and use the satellite view to help determine the best choice of inflatable.

Q: What’s the cancellation policy?

A: As long as we haven’t burned any time or gas, we’ll happily refund any deposit you’ve made. Day of cancellations are handled on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to withhold the deposit.
